We are a respectful group of high-quality Hispanic students attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a special focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We work to develop our members professionally through leadership and community outreach by creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere aiming to push forward Hispanic students into the professional world.

We take pride in the success of our members and greatly value the LeaderSHPE that keeps our organization running. Through our many programs, professional workshops, and social events, we provide our MemberSHPE with the tools to succeed academically and professionally.
