Advertising
The Advertising Committee works with the Webmaster in advertising all SHPE-Rensselaer activities and announcements through a variety of media and ensuring the website is up to date with information relevant to chapter members and activities.

Education
The Education Committee works with the Regional Representative to develop and maintain programs for the educational advancement of Chapter members. This committee's duties include to maintain the SHPE-Rensselaer Exam File and to assist the Executive Board to conduct seminar that are educational in nature.
To incorporate one of the SHPE pillars into the chapter, SHPE-RPI has started a tutoring program within its membership. With this initiative, the members have an opportunity to seek out help from upperclassmen, or give back to the membership by helping another student with any of the classes.

The Fundraising Committee works closely with the Treasurer to coordinate programs in order to assist the Chapter's fund-raising efforts. Members on this committee will have a knowledge of the operating budget in order to ensure fund-raising efforts coincide with the needs of SHPE-Rensselaer.
In the past, our organization has donated to events such as the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the Japan Disaster Relief fund with help from our fundraising committee.

The SHPEtinas Committee works with the External Secretary to plan programs and events to empower the woman in our Chapter and educate all members on the important Hispanic women who shape our community.
